4. Use
First usage
Set the on / off switch on the back of the treadmills motor cover to “I”. Then place the key
with the safety rope on the front of the console in the provided slot. Clip the other end to
your clothes. You are now ready to train. You have a choice of four different types of training
programs:
1. 1x Quick Start Program
2. 11x preset programs
3. 2x heart rate controlled programs
4. 1 x user program
You also have the ability to measure your Body Mass Index (BMI)
Quick start program
You can immediately start with training by pressing the START/STOP key.
The treadmill will start to rotate and you can adjust your speed and incline to your prefer-
ences by pressing the designated keys. Your training time will increase and end by a value of
99:00, at which the treadmill will automatically stop.
In case you want to select an exercise duration follow these steps:
1. Before pressing START/STOP, first press MODE.
2. Use INCLINE or SPEED to select the training time.
3. Press START/STOP to start the exercise. The selected time will decrease to 00:00. After the
elapsed time the treadmill will automatically stop.
During a training the incline and speed can be adjusted with the INCLINE and
SPEED keys.
In case you want to pause the training sesion press START/STOP. A P will flash in the display.
To resume the training press the START/STOP key again.
Preset programs
To select a preset program after connecting the safety key you need to select the program
with the INCLINE or SPEED keys. In total there are 11 programs to choose
from. Programs P1-P5 have a preset speed and the incline will be consistent. Programs P6-
P10 have a preset incline and the speed will be consistent. With program P11 you can set the
distance.
