WATT CONSTANT - Constant vermogen training
Met het WATT of contant vermogen programma past de computer automatisch de weerstand aan om de ingestelde wattage aan te houden. Uw trapsnelheid
samen met de weerstand bepaald uw vermogen in wattage.
Selecteer ‘W’ door aan de selectieknop te draaien en bevestig met een druk op de selectieknop.
1. Stel het vermogen (wattage) in met de selectieknop en bevestig met de ENTER knop.
2. Stel nu de gewenste trainingstijd (max. 99 minuten) in.
3. Druk op START/STOP om uw training te beginnen.
Tijdens uw training kunt u het wattage nog aanpassen met de selectieknop.
De training is voorbij als de ingestelde trainingstijd verstreken is. Met START/STOP kunt u de training pauzeren. Druk op START/STOP om de training weer te
hervatten. Druk op RESET om de training te beëindigen en terug te keren naar het hoofdmenu.
