Use
Select your preferred program. Below the sever programs are explained. After selecting the program you can directly press START to start the training
session or enter personal date and the training duration:
1. Enter your AGE by pressing the +/- buttons, confirm with ENTER.
2. Enter your WEIGHT by pressing the +/- buttons, confirm with ENTER.
3. Enter the resistance level (LEVEL).
4. With the ENTER button you can scroll trough all values and if necessary you are still able to change them.
5. Press START to start the training session.
During a training session you can scroll trough the data in the display by pressing the ENTER button. The resistance can be adjusted by pressing the UP and
DOWN buttons. Press STOP • RESET to pause or quit the training session.
The Sunrise program simulates going up and down a hill. The resistance in the pedals will steadily increase
and then decrease during the program.
The Journey program is designed, as the name implies, to maximize the burning of fat. The best way to burn
fat is to keep your heart rate at around 60% to 70% of it’s maximum potential. This program does not use heart
rate but simulates a lower, steady, exertion workout.

The Wild Ride program is designed to increase your Cardio vascular function. This is, simply said, exercise
for your heart and lungs. It will build up your heart muscle and increase blood flow and lung capacity. This is
achieved by incorporating a higher level of exertion with slight fluctuations in work
The Xtreme program is designed to increase muscular strength in your lower body. This program will steadily
increase in resistance to a high level and then keeps you there. This is designed to strengthen and tone your
legs and gluteus.
