Training en hartgezondheid
Houd automatisch je training bij of registreer je activiteit met de Training-app
zodat je statistieken in realtime en een overzicht na je work-out kunt bekijken.
Check de Fitbit-app om je activiteiten met vrienden en familie te
delen, te bekijken hoe je algehele conditieniveau zich met dat van
je leeftijdsgenoten laat vergelijken en meer.
Je training automatisch bijhouden
De Inspire 3 is in staat veel activiteiten met veel bewegingen van minstens
15 minuten automatisch te herkennen en vast te leggen. Zie de basisstatistieken
van je activiteit in de Fitbit-app op je telefoon. Tik vanaf het tabblad Vandaag
op de tegel Training .

Training registreren en analyseren
met de Training-app
Houd met de Training-app op de Inspire 3 specifieke activiteiten bij
om op je pols realtimestatistieken te bekijken, waaronder hartslaggegevens,
verbrande calorieën, verstreken tijd en een samenvatting na je training.
Tik op de tegel Training in de Fitbit-app voor de volledige statistieken
van je training en een kaart van je trainingsintensiteit indien je gps hebt gebruikt.
De Inspire 3 maakt gebruik van de gps-sensoren van je
nabijgelegen telefoon om gps-gegevens vast te leggen.
