Maintenance Advice
Before removing the cover it is necessary to remove the backrest from the base.
To remove the backrest, rest you weight on the base. Now grip the backrest sides and pull
hard upwards until you hear and feel a click. The backrest should now rotate backwards (14).
The base should now separate.
Unhook the backrest cover elastic strap and slide off the cover then pull the headrest cover
off and unhook the elastic hooks from the diagonal belt guides (15).
Slide the seat cover over the armrests and off the front of the booster seat (16).
To reassemble, you will find two projecting tabs at the base end of the backrest.
Align and engage both tabs with the openings found at the rear of the seat base (17), and
then raise the back up vertically (18) as the tabs insert into the openings.
When raising the backrest to vertical, ensure that no parts of the seat cover, etc can be
trapped between the backrest and the seat base.
Once the back rest is fully vertical, pull the backrest forward whilst at the same time pressing
firmly downwards by pushing on the top of the backrest until you hear and feel a click,
make sure the tabs are fully inserted into the openings and the back rest feels secure and
stable (19).
Removing the Cover
DO NOT LEAVE ANY HEAVY
OBJECTS IN THE CUP HOLDER,
WHICH MAY DISLODGE AND CAUSE
INJURY TO OTHER PASSENGERS.
WARNING!
