IV) Einstellen der Sitzhöhe
IV) Height adjustment of the seat cushion
a) Lösen Sie die Griffschraube (27) und ziehen diese heraus.
b) Drehen Sie den T-Griff (25) nach links bis er sich herausziehen
lässt. Er ist mit einem Federmechanismus ausgestattet.
Stellen Sie die Sitzhöhe folgendermaßen ein:
Beincurler: Die Richtung der Sechskantschraube (36) des
Beincurlers muss durch Ihr Knie zeigen (rechtes Bild).
Latissimusl: Im Kniegelenk sollte kein kleinerer Winkel als
90° erreicht werden, ansonsten gilt, je tiefer, desto mehr
Bewegungsamplitude.
Butterfly: Ellenbogen sollten sich kurz unterhalb der Schulter
befinden.
c) Ist die Sitzhöhe eingestellt, dann lassen Sie den T-Griff (25)
los, bis dieser hörbar einrastet. Drehen Sie diesen und die
Griffschraube (27) wieder fest an.
a) Untwist and pull out the knob (27)
b) Untwist the T-Grip (25) and pull it out. Please adj. the height
of the seat cushion according to:
Leg extension: -Right Picture- The theoretical axle of the Hex
head (36) screw should show through your knees.
Lat pull: Pay attention, that the angle in your knee is not
smaller than 90°.
Butterfly: Your ellbows should be lower than your shoulders.
c) If you have adjusted the height, please release the the T-Grip
(25) and fix the knob (27).
V) Einstellen der Beincurllänge V) Length adjustment of the leg curler
a) Bevor Sie die Beincurllänge einstellen, muß die korrekte
Sitzhöhe einstellt werden.
b) Ziehen Sie das Rundpolster (12) von dem Rohr (10).
Ziehen Sie das Rohr aus der Beincurlstrebe (16) heraus.
Fixieren Sie das Rohr (10) in einer für Sie optimalen Höhe.
Je weiter unten sich das Rohr (10) mit den Rundpolstern
(12) befindet, desto höher ist der Widerstand aufgrund
des längeren Hebelarmes. Ist die optimale Höhe eingestellt,
schieben Sie das Rundpolster (12) wieder auf das Rohr (10)
auf.
a) Before you adj. the leg curler, make sure, that the height
of the seatcushion is correct.
b) Pull out the foam (12) and the tube (10) and slide it
back in the desired position. Placing the foam further
downwards causes an increasing of the resistance. If the
correct height is set, push in the tubing (10) and fix it with
the second foam (12).
