Einstellen der Beinstrecker/-beuger Funktion
Stellen Sie den Sitz so ein, dass die „Drehachse fürs Kniegelenk“
theoretisch durch Ihr Knie zeigt. Anschließend können Sie den
Beincurlerarm für die dementsprechende Übung einstellen.
Zeigt der Arm nach hinten, erhöhen Sie die Vorspannung für die
Beinstrecker Übung, zeigt der Arm nach vorne, dann wird die
Bewegungsamplitude für den Beinbeuger größer.
Achtung: Für das Ändern der Bewegungsamplitude oder der
Übung, bitte den Beincurlerarm leicht mit dem Griff anheben,
sodass das Seil immer ohne Spannung ist. Für eine Änderung
der Gewichtebelastung muss der Beincurlerarm gerade nach
unten zeighen
How to adjust the leg curler
Adjust the seat cushion in such a way, that the Pivot will go
theoretical directly through your knee. For the leg extension, the
arm has to be moved backwards. As more backwards the arm
has moved, as higher is the starting tension. To do the leg flexion
exercise, the arm has to be in a front position. As more forward the
arm has been moved, as bigger is the exercise amplitue.
Attention: To select the amplitude or the exercise your have
to pull a little bit the curlarm with the handle, so that the cable
is without tension. To select another weight, the curlarm has to
show striaght to the floor.
