7.1 Computerknoppen
BACK:
Terug naar de vorige stap.
PIJLTJESTOETSEN:
Verhoging of verlaging van de aangegeven waarde. Bij langer
indrukken verandert de aangegeven waarde sneller.
ENTER/STOP:
Starten of beëindiging van de training. Als u de training onder-
breekt en op de STOP-knop drukt, wordt het display na vier minu-
ten uitgeschakeld. Het trainingsprofiel wordt echter nog eens
zes minuten opgeslagen, zodat u verder kunt trainen door op de
START-knop te drukken.
SELECT:
Druk in de ruststand op de SELECT-knop om verschillende func-
ties te selecteren. U kunt verschillende doelen instellen voor
afstand, tijd, calorieën, een spel spelen of verschillende interval-
programma's activeren.
Algemeen:
De achtergrondverlichting gaat uit na 10 seconden nadat voor
het laatst op een knop is gedrukt.
De roeiafstand kan worden ingesteld voor weergave in kilometers
of mijlen. Druk tegelijkertijd op beide pijltjestoetsen. Mijlen of KM
knippert. U kunt de weergave wijzigen door op een pijltjestoets te
drukken. Druk op de ENTER/STOP-knop om op te slaan.
Peddelslag:
Geeft aan hoeveel meter u per slag aflegt.

7.1 Computer keys
BACK:
One step back.
ARROW KEYS:
Increasing or decreasing of preset values. A longer pressing will
start the automatic value finder.
ENTER/STOP:
Start/Stop your training. While your workout program is stopped,
the display will be switched off after four minutes, but your work-
out program will be kept for an additional six minutes. Repress the
START button to continue with your exercise.
SELECT:
In IDLE mode, press SELECT to cycle through each program
option. Stop on the program of your choosing. You can preset
target values for DISTANCE, TIME, and CALORIES, play the GAME,
or select an Interval Program of 20/10, 10/20, or 10/10.
Generally:
The back light of the LCD display will stay on for 10 seconds after
the last pressing of any button, then it will turn off. You can press
any button to turn it on again.
The units of DISTANCE can be switched between mile to kilometer.
Press the both arrow keys at the same time. The matrix display will
display flashing „KM“ or „MILE“. Press one arrow key to change to
„KM“ or „MILE“, and press ENTER/STOP button to confirm.
Paddle width:
Shows how many meters per stroke will be done..
