Please note that rust may develop on stainless

steel. This might happen due to ash residues that

might not have been completely removed from

the Tamber. As ash is hygroscopic, it binds water

from air humidity and forms an alkaline solution.

This base corrodes any type of stainless steel and

promotes the development of rust. Also, steel and

steel chips extract oxygen from the passive layer

of the stainless steel which can cause rust. The

colour of the Feuerhand Tamber may be damaged

by scratches or shocks. On such spots rust may

develop.

REMOVAL OF ASH

Ater each use, thoroughly remove all ash residues

ater they have cooled down completely. Take

out the grilling grate as well as burner and heat

shield. Now, remove the ash residues from the

body as well as from the burner. Please dispose

of the ash properly. Do not throw hot ash into the

household waste.

CLEANING AND CARE

The grilling grate is dishwasher safe. Clean all other

parts of your Feuerhand Tamber with water, a sot

cloth and a mild dishwashing detergent and dry

them well. Never use a wire brush, a wire sponge

or aggressive (abrasive or corrosive) detergents

for cleaning the Tamber and its parts, as this may

damage the material.

The wooden lid provided may not be cleaned in

the dishwasher. lf dirty, clean with a damp cloth

ater use.

STORAGE

Do not store the Tamber unprotected outdoors.

Only store it when it has completely cooled down

and when it is clean of ash. Store the Tamber in

a dry place and under all circumstances avoid

humidity. Never store the Tamber close to steel

objects (such as rims, tools). This can lead to con-

tact corrosion due to chemical reactions.

lf possible, completely cover the Tamber together

with the wooden lid to protect it from humidity

and ﬂash rust. Alternatively, store it indoors in a

dry place.

WARRANTY

Under proper use, a warranty period of two years

will apply to the Feuerhand Table Top Grill Tamber

from the date of purchase. If you cannot use the

Table Top Grill properly due to a defect in material

or manufacturing, you are entitled to a warranty

claim. Please contact your retailer for that purpose.
