PREPARATION AND INITIAL
OPERATION
Prior to using your Feuerhand Table Top Grill
Tam ber for the first time, remove all packaging and
wipe all Tamber parts with a damp cloth. lf needed,
use a regular dishwashing detergent. Aterwards,
place the Tamber with the wooden lid as table
coaster on an even, stable surface outdoors, such
as your garden table.
LIGHTING THE FEUERHAND CHARCOAL
FOR TABLE TOP GRILL
Place the contents of the Starter Package Char-
coal for Table Top Grill or about 140 g Charcoal
from the refill package inside the burner of the
Feuerhand Tamber. Thanks to the special coating
of Feuerhand Charcoal for Table Top Grill the fire
gets going especially fast and the Tamber is ready
for use in just a short time.
As soon as the Charcoal is lit you may not move
the Feuerhand Tamber anymore. During the first
few minutes ater lighting the Charcoal light smoke
may develop. Ater about 15-20 minutes the Char-
coal will burn completely. Set up the grilling grate,
let it heat up shortly and start grilling your food.

CARE, CLEANING AND STORAGE
Let your Tamber cool down completely ater use
before cleaning or stowing. Do not pour water
for extinguishing onto the Charcoal or into the
Tamber. Have a bucket of sand or a powder fire
extinguisher nearby in case of emergency. Due to
heat development during grilling, burner and heat
shield of your Feuerhand Tamber will discolour
and develop an individual patina. This is normal
and no material defect.
