2. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Explanation of symbols
In this manual and/or on the machine the following symbols are used:
Read the instructions.
In accordance with essential applicable safety standards of European directives
Risk of damaging material and/or physical injuries
Shows presence of voltage
Immediately unplug the plug from the mains electricity in the case that the cord gets
damaged and during maintenance
Caution! Laser beam! Never look into the light beam and never aim the laser at a
person when it is switched on.
Wear eye and ear protection.
Keep bystanders away
Faulty and/or discarded electrical or electronic apparatus have to be collected at
the appropriate recycling locations.
Additional safety instructions
When using electric machines always observe the safety regulations applicable in your country
to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock and personal injury. Read the following safety
instructions and also the enclosed safety instructions. Keep these instructions in a safe place!
• Only connect the machine to an earthed mains supply.
• Only use tree-core extension cords.
• Always wear safety goggles, and a hairnet for long hair.

Maskinen er udstyret med en nulspændingsomskifter. Når spændingen bortfalder
ved strømsvigt, tilkobles maskinen af sikkerhedsgrunde ikke længere automatisk.
Maskinen skal derfor tændes på ny.
Ved udskiftning af ledninger og stik
Kasser gamle ledninger og stik, så snart de er skiftet ud med nye. Det er farligt at sœtte et stik fra
en løs ledning i en stikkontakt.
Ved brug af forlœngerledninger
Brug udelukkende godkendte forlœn gerledninger, der er beregnede til maskinens effekt.
Lederne skal have et gennemsnit på mindst 1,5 mm
2
. Hvis forlœngerledningen sidder på en
tromle, rulles ledningen helt af.
3. MONTAGE
Samling af maskinen
Gå altid frem som beskrevet i det følgende og i den angivne rækkefølge, når maskinen samles:
• Monter stativet.
• Monter bordet.
• Monter hovedet.
• Monter sikkerhedsafskærmningen.
• Monter borepatronen.
• Fjern den rustbeskyttende olie på de udækkede metaldele med en klud og lidt paraffinolie.
Smør derefter delene med maskinsmøreolie.
Hvis der mangler dele, må man ikke samle maskinen, koble den til stikkontakten og
tænde den, før de manglende dele er blevet monteret i henhold til anvisningerne.
Check følgende før brug:
• at bordet let kan bevæges;
• at boreløftestangen kan løftes op og ned uden besvær;
• at maskinen ikke ryster, når den tændes.
Montering af foden

Sæt foden (11) på en plan og fast flade.
• Skub foden over søjlen (12) i den viste retning.
• Monter søjlen med befæstelseselementerne (13).

• Skub bordet (5) over søjlen (12).
• Stram låsehåndtaget (14).
