Installation as støvfilter
Fig.C
Støvfilteret forhindrer, at store mængder borestøv trænger ind i maskinen, når der bores i lofter.
•Fjern boret.
•Skub støvfilteret ned over skaftet på boret.
Fig.D
De korrekte indstillinger for hver driftstype vises i diagrammet på side 2.
D1 = Hammerboring.
D2 = Boring.
D3 = Mejsling.
Tænd/Sluk
Start: Tryk knappen ON/OFF ned.
Stop: Tryk knappen ON/OFF op.
Boring med borepatronsforskruning
Fig.E
Fejlfunktioner
•Beskadiget ledning

•Whenever any of the problems mentioned above appear, immediately cease using
the machine and have it repaired by an expert.
Electrical safety
Always check that the mains voltage is the same as on the type plate of the
machine.
The machine is double insulated compliant with EN50144; therefore, no earth
connection is required.
Replacement of power cords or plugs
Immediately dispose of old cords and plugs once they have been replaced. It is dangerous to
plug a loose power cord into a mains power socket.
Use of extension leads
Only ever use approved extension leads that are suitable for the power rating of the machine.
The minimum core thickness is 1.5 mm2. Whenever using a reel extension lead, always fully
unroll the lead.
3. OPERATING
Hammer drilling requires low operator pressure. An excess of pressure can cause
the motor to be unnecessarily overloaded.
Manual side grip
The manual side grip can be rotated to either side of the machine to ensure safe and
comfortable operation for both left and right-handed operators.
•Loosen the grip by turning anti-clockwise.
•Rotate the grip to the desired position.
•Tighten the grip firmly.
Changing and removing drill bits
Fig.B
Before changing drill bits check that the mains plug has been removed from the
socket.
Check drill bits regularly. Blunt drill bits should be re-sharpened or replaced
•Lightly lubricate the shaft of the drill bit before inserting into the machine.
•Place the shaft of the drill bit into the opening of the drill chuck and twist until latched.
