Location and Connection
Remove all packaging material and keep out of reach of children. After removing packaging,
check the appliance for damage or other signs that could indicate a fault/defect/malfunction. In
case of doubt, do not use the appliance, but contact your vendor for inspection or replacement.
1 = drill hole 2 = plug 3 = screw 4 = screwdriver 5 = attachment block
Select a suitable place for the device, taking into account the safety instructions. The BK2002T
has to be hung from a wall and therefore may not be used in a lying, leaning, hanging or standing
position! The wall on which the device is hung has to be firm, flat and perfectly vertical and made
from non-inflammable material that cannot melt. Hang the shoe dryer in such a position that the hoses
are able to hang downwards freely and without any kinks. The ideal position is generally at a height that the
hoses do not quite touch the floor, then they can easily be inserted into shoes/boots (drill holes 96 cm above
the floor).
Drill 3 holes in the wall at the selected spot: 2 horizontal to one another with a distance of 19 cm and one 23
mm higher at an equal distance to the two other holes (picture B). Insert plugs into the holes and insert
screws into the first two holes (picture C). Leave the screws protruding by 5 mm (picture D).
Hook the shoedryer using the suspension eyes over the screws and pull the shoedryer downwards (picture
E). Secure the shoedryer by screwing the attachment block into the third screw hole: the attachment block
which has a hole in it to be placed against the wall, with the flat square pointing downwards, holding the
heater securely (picture F).
Switching on and operation

Fully unwind the electric cable and insert the plug into a suitable 220/240V socket.
Place the shoes/boots that are to be dried underneath the appliance and insert the drying hoses into the
boots/shoes. A maximum of 4 items can be dried at the same time. If you only have two items, if the size
permits this, you can place two hoses in one shoe/boot. However, make sure that the warm air that is blown
out is then able to escape again; therefore the hoses must not be inserted too tightly into the boot/shoe,
otherwise the appliance may overheat!
By now turning the ON/OFF button anticlockwise to ON, you switch on the appliance. It will draw in air from
the rear, heat this up in the appliance, blow this out through the hoses which will dry out the shoes/boots.
During operation, the indication light will be illuminated.
You turn off the appliance by turning the ON/OFF button clockwise to OFF.
Timer:
The heater is equipped with a timer. When you wish to use that, do not turn the ON/OFF button to ON, but from
the OFF position clockwise to the required number of minutes of operation (max. 120). The heater will now switch
