Der Schuhetrockner enthält weiter keine Teile, die einer Wartung bedürfen.
Wenn Sie das Gerät eine längere Zeit nicht benutzen, reinigen Sie den Schuhetrockner und
bewahren Sie ihn am besten in der Originalverpackung auf. Lagern Sie das Gerät aufrecht an
einem kühlen, trockenen und staubfreien Ort.
Den letztendlich ausgedienten (oder davor irreparabel beschädigten) Schuhetrockner nicht über
den Hausmüll entsorgen! Bitte geben Sie das Gerät bei der örtlichen Sammelstelle für
Elektrogeräte ab, wo dafür gesorgt wird, dass eventuell noch brauchbare Materialien
weiterverwertet werden.

General safety instructions
1. Before using the machine, carefully read this entire instruction manual.
2. Before use, check your new shoe dryer (including the cable and plug) for any visible damage.
Never use a damaged appliance but send it back to your supplier to be replaced
3. The supply voltage and utility frequency, specified on the machine, need to match those of the
socket that is used. The electrical installation needs to be protected by a residual current device
(max. 30 mAmp).
4. If possible, do not use an extension cord, as this poses the risk of overheating and fire. If the use
of an extension cord is unavoidable, then make sure it is an undamaged, approved extension cord
with a minimum diameter of 2 x 1 mm² and a minimum permissible power of 500 Watt/2mp. To
prevent overheating, always fully extend the cord!
5. Never cover the shoe dryer! To prevent fire, the inlet openings and air outlets may not be blocked
in any way. Therefore, never use the appliance to dry out clothing, or place anything on it.
6. The air around the shoe dryer has to be able to circulate freely. Therefore, never position the shoe
dryer too close to walls or large objects and never underneath a shelf, cupboard or similar.
7. This appliance is not suitable for use in wet or damp rooms, such as bathrooms, laundry rooms,
etc. Never place it in the proximity of a tap, bath tub, shower, swimming pool, wash basin, or
similar; make sure that it cannot fall into water and prevent water from entering the appliance. If,
nevertheless, the appliance does ever fall into water, first remove the plug from the socket! Once
an appliance has been wet inside, you must no longer use it, but should send it for repair. Never
