Frambozensaus
1 kopje bereid product
300 g diepvriesframbozen, ontdooid
¼ kopje basterdsuiker
2 theelepels ciroensap
1. Doe alle ingrediënten in de blenderkan.
Sluit de kan goed af met het deksel.
2. Mix op snelheid 1 gedurende ongeveer
10 seconden of totdat een egaal mengsel
ontstaat.
3. Duw het mengsel door een fijne zeef (dit
gaat goed met de bolle kant van een lepel)
Tip: Serveer met chocoladecake, wafels of op
(vanille-)ijs.
Italiaanse Dressing/Marinade
Ongeveer 200 ml bereid product
Een zeer veelzijdig recept dat lekker smaakt
op bijna alles!
2 knoflookteentjes
1⁄3 kopje witte azijn
1⁄3 kopje olijfolie
½ kopje basilicumblaadjes
1. Doe alle ingrediënten in de blenderkan.
Sluit de kan goed af met het deksel.
2. Mix op snelheid 1 gedurende ongeveer
10 seconden of totdat een egaal mengsel
ontstaat.
3. Breng op smaak met zout en peper.
Tip: Heerlijk in combinatie met gegrilde vis
of kipspiesjes. Laat de marinade een nacht
in het vlees trekken, of marineer tijdens
het bereiden. Dit recept is ook geschikt als
dressing voor salade. Probeer het eens over
een warme gegrilde groentesalade, of gebruik
het gewoon over een groene (blad-)salade.
