New cartridge (252 XL) replaced. Only want to print in black. Printer will not print, keeps saying to replace cartridge. Show blue empty and red and yellow extremely low. The colours have been like that for over a year and printing was not a problem. I took cartridge out, shook some more, replaced it. Still telling me to get a new one. What should I do?
