Risoluzione dei problemi
Il LED ERROR lampeggia o è acceso
❏ Può darsi che la temperatura della testina di stampa sia alta o bassa.
Attendere che la testina si raffreddi o si riscaldi e la stampante riprenda
automaticamente l'operazione di stampa.
❏ Verificare che la copertura della stampante sia correttamente chiusa.
❏ Se la carta si è inceppata, aprire la copertura del rotolo dellacarta o la
copertura della cartuccia dell'inchiostro e rimuoverela carta inceppata. Non
tirare a forza la carta inceppata né usareutensili. Rimuoverla manualmente.
❏ Spegnere la stampante, attendere alcuni secondi, quindi riaccenderla. Se il
LED POWER continua a rimanere acceso o a lampeggiare, rivolgersi ad un
tecnico dell'assistenza qualificato.
Trasporto
Prima di trasportare la stampante, eseguire queste operazioni:
1. Rimuovere il rotolo della carta e la cartuccia dell'inchiostro.
2. Spegnere la stampante.
3. Controllare che il LED POWER sia spento.
4. Rimuovere il connettore dell'alimentazione ed ogni altro connettore.
Durante l'imballaggio e il trasporto della stampante, tenerla in posizione diritta e
orizzontale.
Accertarsi di non spedire la cartuccia dell'inchiostro rimossa dalla confezione.
Lettura MICR (opzione installata dalla fabbrica solo per
la stampante TM-J7000/J7100)
ATTENZIONE:
Non inserire assegni con graffette attaccate, ciò potrebbe causare
inceppamenti della carta, errori nella lettura MICR e danni alla testina MICR.
Non aprire mai la copertura della rotolo di carta quando il lettore MICR è in
funzione.
Verificare che gli assegni siano piatti, senza increspature, pieghe o grinze.
Non usare assegni composti da diverse parti.
1. Attendere che il LED CUT SHEET lampeggi. Quindi inserire fino in fondo
l'assegno con il lato anteriore rivolto in alto e con il lato appoggiato al lato destro
della guida della carta. Controllare che i caratteri MICR siano a destra, come
mostrato dalla freccia nella figura L.
2. La stampante riconoscerà l'assegno e inizierà a prenderlo. Appena la
stampante inizia a prendere l'assegno, lasciarlo andare immediatamente.
Quando la stampante espelle l'assegno e il LED CUT SHEET comincia a
lampeggiare di nuovo, rimuovere l'assegno tirando diritto in fuori; non tirarlo
piegandolo ad angolo.
