4. Aprire la copertura della cartuccia dell'inchiostro usando le linguette sui lati
della copertura. Vedere la figura H.
5. Sollevare la cartuccia usata usando le linguette. Vedere la figura I.
ATTENZIONE:
Per evitare il rischio d'infortunio causato da una protezione di plastica,
non mettere le dita dentro lo scomparto della cartuccia dell'inchiostro.
Una volta che la cartuccia è esaurita, l'ago che fornisce l'inchiostro
alla stampante (protezione di plastica), situato nel contenitore della
cartuccia, è coperto d'inchiostro. Per non sporcarsi le mani, non
toccare il contenitore della cartuccia.
6. Estrarre la nuova cartuccia dalla sua confezione e rimuovere il nastro giallo.
Vedere la figura J.
ATTENZIONE:
Non rimuovere i nastri sui quali è stampato il logo EPSON.
7. Con attenzione, inserire la nuova cartuccia dall'alto e premere delicatamente
ma con decisione fino a quando si sente un click. Accertarsi che venga inserita
correttamente, così come mostrato nella figura K.
8. Chiudere completamente la copertura della cartuccia.
Nota:
Il LED INK adesso si spegnerà.
Il LED POWER lampeggia per circa 1 minuto mentre si carica il sistema di
erogazione dell'inchiostro. Per risparmiare inchiostro, non eseguire la procedura
di cui sopra ogni volta che si cambia una cartuccia dell'inchiostro. Il momento di
eseguire la suddetta procedura viene determinato dalla stampante.
Nota:
Quando la cartuccia inchiostro è installata per la prima volta, la stampante usa
l’inchiostro per prepararsi alla stampa.
Non spegnere la stampante mentre il LED POWER sta lampeggiando. Ciò causerà un
inutile spreco d'inchiostro perché la stampante dovrà ricominciare il processo di
caricamento dell'inchiostro. Non aprire la copertura della stampante mentre il LED
POWER sta lampeggiando.
Quando il LED POWER cessa di lampeggiare e rimane acceso fisso, la stampante è
pronta per la stampa.
Eliminazione delle cartucce usate
Eliminare la cartucce usate dell'inchiostro come rifiuti industriali. Rispettare leggi
e regolamenti vigenti in materia.
Durata della cartuccia dell'inchiostro
Affinché la cartuccia dell'inchiostro duri il più a lungo possibile, seguire queste
semplici regole:
❏ Non spegnere la stampante subito dopo il termine della stampa.
