De afdrukkwaliteit verbetert niet, zelfs na het uitlijnen van de printkop
Tijdens bidirectioneel afdrukken (of afdrukken met hoge snelheid), drukt de printkop in beide richtingen af en
worden verticale lijnen mogelijk niet goed uitgelijnd. Als de afdrukkwaliteit niet verbetert, schakel dan de instelling
voor bidirectioneel afdrukken (of afdrukken met hoge snelheid) uit. Als u deze instelling uitschakelt, kan de
afdruksnelheid afnemen.

Hef de selectie op van Hoge snelheid in het tabblad Meer opties van de printerdriver.
❏ Mac OS X
Selecteer Systeemvoorkeuren in het menu
> Printers en scanners (of Afdrukken en scannen, Afdrukken
en faxen), en selecteer dan de printer. Klik op Opties en toebehoren > Opties (of Driver). Selecteer Uit voor
Afdrukken met hoge snelheid.
Afdrukkwaliteit is slecht
Controleer het volgende als de afdrukkwaliteit slecht is vanwege wazige afdrukken, zichtbare strepen, ontbrekende
kleuren, vervaagde kleuren en verkeerde uitlijning op de afdrukken.
❏ Gebruik papier dat door deze printer wordt ondersteund.
❏ Selecteer de geschikte papiertype-instelling voor het papiertype dat in de printer is geladen.
❏ Niet afdrukken op papier dat vochtig, beschadigd of te oud is.
❏ Druk het papier of de enveloppe plat als het papier gekruld is of de enveloppe lucht bevat.
❏ Voer een spuitstukcontrole uit en reinig dan de printkop als er spuitkanaaltjes van de printkop verstopt zitten.
❏ Lijn de printkop uit.
❏ Druk af met een hogere kwaliteit als instelling.
❏ Het papier niet meteen stapelen na het afdrukken.
❏ Laat de afdrukken volledig drogen voor u ze wegsteekt of uitstalt. Vermijd direct zonlicht, gebruik geen droger
en raak de afgedrukte zijde van het papier niet aan tijdens het drogen van de afdrukken.
❏ Epson raadt aan om origineel Epson-papier te gebruik in plaats van gewoon papier voor het afdrukken van
aeeldingen of foto's. Druk op de afdrukbare zijde van het originele Epson-papier.
