De printer kan opeens niet afdrukken via een USB-
verbinding
❏ Koppel de USB-kabel los van de computer. Klik met de rechtermuisknop op het printerpictogram op de
computer en selecteer Apparaat verwijderen. Sluit vervolgens de USB-kabel aan op de computer en druk een
testpagina af. Als het afdrukken lukt, is de installatie voltooid.
❏ Stel de USB-verbinding opnieuw in door de stappen in [Een verbindingsmethode met een computer wijzigen]
in deze handleiding te volgen.

Kan niet afdrukken vanaf een iPhone of iPad
❏ Verbind de iPhone of iPad met hetzelfde netwerk (SSID) als de printer.

Het afdrukken is gepauzeerd
Als u een aeelding afdrukt die uit een grote hoeveelheid gegevens bestaat, kan het afdrukken worden gepauzeerd
en kan het papier worden uitgeworpen. Druk de aeelding af op een lagere resolutie of een kleiner formaat.
Afdrukproblemen
De afdruk is gekrast of er ontbreken kleuren
Als u de printer langere tijd niet hebt gebruikt, kunnen de spuitkanaaltjes van de printkop verstopt raken en
worden inktdruppels mogelijk niet doorgelaten. Voer een spuitstukcontrole uit en reinig dan de printkop als er
spuitkanaaltjes van de printkop verstopt zitten.
