Mechanical Troubleshooting
The repair steps marked in Italic below must be carried out only by a qualified technician. Please contact your point
of sales for further instructions. INTERSPORT declines all responsibility in case of repairs that have been carried out by
unqualified personnel.
Problem Solution
Computer display does not work at all
or partially.
1. Check power supply.
2. Check cable connections.
3. Replace the computer.
No resistance. 1. Check belt tension.
2. Replace spring box.
No speed signal. 1. Check the upper cable connections.
2. Check if the speed sensor is in the right position.
3. Replace the speed sensor.
4. Replace the computer.
The upright post shakes.
(if applicable)
1. Loose upright post screws.
2. Re-insert screws/washers and tighten screws equally.
The home fitness equipment shakes. 1. Check seat fixation and its rollers/bearings.
2. Move the equipment to a different place and check if the problem still
persists.
The home fitness equipment creates
abnormal noises.
1. Check the end caps.
2. Check whether the pedals are assembled correctly or not, see chapter
‘assembly’.
3. Check seat rollers or any other moving part.
The handlebar hangs loose 1. Check belt tension.
2. Replace belt.
3. Replace spring box.
