Il caso eccezionale é il programma d´allenamento con un control-
lo individuale della frequenza cardiaca (P 9). In tale programma
la frequenza cardiaca nale da Voi desiderata, potete impostarla
direttamente.

Tutti i programmi d´allenamento con eccezione dei programmi 9
(controllo individuale dela frequenza cardiaca), 10, 11 e 12 (con-
trollo della frequenza cardiaca) calcolano la frequenza cardiaca
nale (TARGET HR) ideale per Voi. Il computer calcola la frequenza
car
diaca nale al valore del 70 % della Vostra frequenza cardiaca
massima.
Le istruzioni importanti sia per la denizione della frequenza
cardiaca per Voi, giusta/ottima, che per l´utlizzo dei valori
della frequenza cardiaca in l´allenamento le trovate nelle

La frequenza cardiaca con cui volete allenarVi, si imposta tra i valori di 60 e
220 battiti/minut

La frequenza cardiaca viene visualizzata in battiti al minuto.
Se superate un valore preimpostato, il computer Vi avverte, l´indicatore
comincia a lampegg

TARGET HR
Misurazione tramite i lettori del polso manuale: I
lettori del polso tramite le palme delle mani si trova-
no
sul manubrio. Per realizzare la lettura é necessario
posizionare ambedue le palme sui lettori [1].
Misurazione tramite la fascia toracica (accesso-
rio particolare): La misurazione del polso avviene
tramit
e il lettore inserito nella fascia toracica. I
segnali vengono trasmessi senza li dato che il com-
put
er é dotato di un apparecchio ricevente. La fascia
toracica deve essere giustamente posizionata con
un eventuale inumidimento dei luoghi di contatto
[2]
. La misurazione é constante e precisa.
Potete utilizzare tutte le simili fasce toraciche standard che trasmettono nel
limit
e della frequenza 5,4 – 5,7.
