Ritorno di tutte le impostazione ai valori iniziali – RESET
Nel caso che vogliate riportare il computer allo stato iniziale,
premete per 4 secondi il pulsante funzionale ST/SP, nché non si
sentirá il tono di segnalazione e sul display verranno visualizzati i
valori iniziali.

* Avvertenze speciche riguardanti l´apparecchio:
Non su tutti gli apparecchi si trova l´ indicatore di watt come un
indicatore della potenza. É possibile che il vostro E-104 non abbia
tale caratteristica e la denizione della potenza si limita solo alla
visualizzazione del consumo delle calorie (CAL). Il produttore
riuta le reclamazioni che riguardano gli indicatori di watt.
Avviamento veloce
Azionare il pulsante con funzione di ST/SP. Si sentirá un tono di segnalazione.
Il computer verrá avviato automaticamente con i valori preimpostati nel
pr
ogramma 1 (programma manuale).
Cominciate a pedalare. Sul display saranno visualizzati: il tempo
d´allenamento (TIME), la frequenza della pedalata (RPM), il numero totale di
chilometri percorsi (ODO), la potenza (WATT)*, la frequenza cardiaca nale
(TARGET HR) e se azionate i lettori del polso manuale, la Vostra frequenza
car
diaca istantanea (HEART RATE).
Attenzione: La frequenza cardiaca nale in questo momento non é per Voi
ancora calcolata
. Iniziate ad allenarVi e seguite le altre istruzioni.
Ruotando il voltantino di selezione potete regolare la resistenza alla pedalata.
Nella casella di controllo viene visualizzato il livello impostato della resistenza
(LE
VEL 1 – 16).
