lisiin mittausmenetelmiin. Siksi nämä arvot voivat poiketa
todellisista arvoista. Käänny lääkärin puoleen tarkkoja
terveydenhoidollisia mittauksia varten.

Tämä ohjelma ei ole harjoitteluohjelma
BMI-BMR - kehon rasvapitoisuuden mittauksen arvojen laskelma auttaa
kehosi tyypin ja suorituskykysi luokittelussa ja oikean harjoitteluohjelman ja
sopivan harjoittelumäärän löytämisessä.
Tietokone laskee antamistasi arvoista (ikä, sukupuoli, paino ja pituus) henkilö-
kohtaiset arvosi:
• BMI (painoindeksi)
• BMR (perusaineenvaihdunta)
• kehon rasvapitoisuus (FAT %)
• kehotyyppi

Ohjelmassa Sola rasitus kasvaa asteittain hyvin alhaisesta alkurasituksesta
viidessä tasaisessa intervallissa suureen rasitukseen, joka saavutetaan harjoit-
telun lopussa tarkoituksena kestää se.

Nopea rasitus ja kevennys
Tämän ohjelman painopiste on tasaisessa siirtymisessä rasituksen ja palau-
tumisen välillä. Polkemisvastus kasvaa ja laskee säännöllisesti. Rasitussyklit
toistuvat kolme kertaa. Intervalliharjoittelun tarkoituksena on nopea palautu-
minen rasituksen jälkeen.
