1. Das Fleisch drei Mal durch den Wolf drehen und alle Zutaten in einer Schüssel vermengen. Mehr Fleisch
und weniger Mehl für die Röllchen sorgen für eine bessere Konsistenz und einen besseren Geschmack.
2. Drehen Sie die Mischung drei Mal durch den Wolf.
3. Entfernen Sie die Lochscheibe und Schneidmesser vom Schneckengehäuse.
4. Stecken Sie den Kibbeh-Füller A und B so auf die Achse der rderschnecke zusammen,dass der
Vorsprung in der Kerbe einrastet (Abb. 8).
5. Drehen den Verschlussring, bis er fest sitzt. Nicht zu fest anziehen (Abb. 9).
6. Formen Sie hohle Röllchen (Abb. 10).
7. Kibbeh wie unten dargestellt herstellen und frittieren.
