All cooking zones F displays will light up in standby

position .

The control unit will remain activated for 20 seconds.

If no cooking zone is selected within this timeframe, the

hob will automatically switch off.

•Switchingcookingzoneson:

Select the desired cooking zone, by pressing one of the

G keys.

Press the C / D keys to increase or decrease the power

of the cooking zone .

The power of each single cooking zone can be set at 9

different positions and will be shown in the F display,

with a number ranging from “1 a 9”..

•Doublecookingzoneactivation:

- To activate this function, select the plate with the double

cooking zone G and select the desired heat setting by

using the C / D keys.

- When the related display starts ashing, press the E

key ( Double zone ) and the display conrmation led will

light up.

- Press the G key of the selected cooking zone to conrm

your selection: the F display will stop ashing.

•Doublecookingzonedeactivation:

- To deactivate this function, select the plate with the dou-

ble cooking zone G

- When the related display starts ashing, press the E

key ( Double zone ) and the display conrmation led will

switch off.

- Press the G key of the selected cooking zone to conrm

your selection: the F display will stop ashing

•Residualheat:

If the temperature of one cooking zone is still very high

(higher than 50°), after it has been turned off, the display

corresponding to this zone will show the symbol (re-

sidual heat).

This symbol will disappear only when there is no longer

any risk of burns.

•Timer:

This function allows you to set the time (from 1 to 99

minutes) for the automatic turn off of the cooking zone

selected.

Activate a cooking zone by pressing one of the G keys of

the desired cooking zone (the corresponding display will

start ashing ), then set the power by means of the C /D

keys; press the G key again to conrm your selection (the

corresponding display will stop ashing ).

Press the G key of the zone previously activated (the

corresponding display will start ashing ), press the ti-

mer H key , set the time by means of the C /D keys and

then press the G key again (or wait for 5’’ for automatic

‘memorization’ ).

When the timer function elapses, the cooking zone will

automatically switch off and an acoustic signal will be

heard, which can be deactivated by pressing any key on

the control panel.

To deactivate this function, press the G key of the co-

oking zone (the corresponding display will start ashing

), then press the C key until the timer time is

•Controllock:

Press key A to switch the hob on.

Controls can be locked in order to prevent any risk of

unintentional changes to the setting (children, cleaning

operations , etc.).

Press the B key found on the right lower side within 10”

from the hob switching on : the key led will light up as

conrmation.

When the control lock is activated you can switch the hob

off. In this case, the control lock is still activated and you

need to unlock the controls to switch on the hob again,

by pressing the B key found on the right lower side: the

key led will switch off. .

Now you can switch the hob on by pressing key A.

(You can activate the control lock function even if the hob is off, by pres-

sing the B key : the corresponding led will light up to conrm the control

lock activation . To deactivate it, press the B key again until the related

led is off.)

•Switchingcookingzonesoff:

To switch a cooking zone off , press the key G related to

this zone : the corresponding display will start ashing.

Bring the power level back to , by pressing the C key,

then press the G key related to this zone to conrm your

selection.

•  Switching off the hob:

to turn off the appliance entirely hold down the A key.

•  Safety switch:

The appliance has a safety switch that automatically switches

off the cooking zones when they have been operating for a

certain amount of time at a given power level.
