3.4 CONTINUOUS SYSTEM STATUS INDICATOR
If enabled using DIP A2, the siren can view the continuous system status condition using the system status LED.
To view the system status, it is necessary to connect the TC terminal to the alarm control panel.
To enable the system status static indication, position the DIP A2 in the OFF position.
To invert the operating logic, set DIP B2 in the OFF position.
3.5 CONNECTION TO THE ALARM SYSTEM
The siren has 2 terminals (+ and -) for powering and charging the battery, an alarm control input terminal (ALL),
a system status input terminal (TC) and two tamper output insulated terminals (24H).
There are many possible connections, according to functional requirements. The alarm siren can be controlled
from a simple two-wire connection (without balancing with positive drop) up to the six-wire connection (two for
the power supply, one balanced for the alarm, one balanced for on/off, two for the 24-hour line of the control
panel).
3.6 ALARM SIGNALLING
The unbalancing of the ALL alarm input causes the alarm to sound. During the alarm, the siren sounds at high
intensity and the 4 central LEDs flash.
The alarm cycle is limited to 4 or 8 minutes, which can be selected via DIP A4. The alarm cycle is
interrupted if the ALL input goes back to rest before the set time.
The siren carries out a maximum of 8 alarm cycles. When this number is reached, the siren is
automatically blocked. The counter is reset to zero each time the system is switched on (OFF>ON)
(terminal TC) or 24 hours after the last switch on.
