• Para ter menos barulho, uma maior aderência do pneu

no rolinho e uma redução das vibrações, utilizar pneus

slick (também para Mountain bike).

• Antes de usar, limpar o pneu com álcool ou água.

• Caso seja verificado um deslizamento da roda no rolinho

do aparelho, aumentar a compressão do rolinho sobre a

roda como segue:

1) Girar a alavanca de ultrapassagem até a posição

“OPEN” (Fig. 22).

2) Girar em sentido anti- horário o botão, aumentando

assim, a compressão do rolinho sobre o pneu (Fig. 23).

3) Girar a alavanca de ultrapassagem até a posição

“CLOSE” (Fig. 25)

• Se contudo, se é verificado um deslizamento da roda

sobre o rolinho do aparelho, deixar mais progressivo o

esforço no pedal. O treinamento com pneu que desliza

pode causar danos irreparáveis ao rolinho e ao pneu.

• Se o pino do desenganchamento rápido incluso sobres-

sair mais de 3mm da porca de fixação, cortar a parte

saliente (Fig. 35).
