11.21 Bio-Garen
Verwenden Sie diese Funktion zum
Garen magerer, zarter Fleisch- und
Fischstücke. Die Funktion eignet sich
nicht für Rezepte wie Schmorbraten oder
fettigen Schweinebraten. Sie können den
KT Sensor verwenden, um sicher zu
gehen, dass das Fleisch die richtige
Kerntemperatur hat (siehe KT Sensor-
Tabelle).
In den ersten 10 Minuten können Sie
eine Backofentemperatur von 80 °C bis
150 °C einstellen. Die
Standardtemperatur beträgt 90 °C. Nach
der Einstellung der Temperatur behält
der Backofen eine Temperatur von 80 °C
bei. Verwenden Sie diese Funktion nicht
für Geflügel.
Garen Sie bei Verwendung
dieser Funktion stets ohne
Deckel.
1. Das Fleisch in einer Pfanne auf dem
Kochfeld auf jeder Seite 1-2 Minuten
sehr heiß anbraten.
2. Das Fleisch zusammen mit der
heißen Bratpfanne auf den Kombirost
im Backofen stellen.
3. Stecken Sie den KT Sensor in das
Fleisch.
4. Wählen Sie die Funktion Bio-Garen
und stellen Sie die gewünschte
Kerntemperatur ein.
