11.6 Heißluftgrillen und Vital-
Dampf nacheinander
Sie können Fleisch, Gemüse und Beilagen
nacheinander durch die Kombination der
Funktionen garen. Alle Speisen können
dann gleichzeitig serviert werden.
Verwenden Sie die Funktion Heißluftgril-
len, um das Gargut anzubraten.
Geben Sie dann das vorbereitete Ge-
müse und die Beilagen in ofengeeigne-
tes Geschirr und stellen Sie es mit dem
Braten in den Backofen.
Lassen Sie die Backofentemperatur auf
ca. 80 °C abkühlen. Um die Temperatur
schneller abkühlen zu lassen, öffnen Sie
ungefähr 15 Minuten lang die Back-
ofentür bis zur ersten Position.
Die Funktion Vital-Dampf starten und al-
les zusammen fertig garen.
Die maximale Wassermenge beträgt
800 ml.
