RECETAS PARA COCCIÓN AUTOMÁTICA
1. Insertar carne y verduras alternativa-mente
en 4 pinchos de madera.
2. Mezclar el aceite con las especias y aplicar
con un pincel a los pinchos morunos.
3. Colocar los pinchitos en la rejilla y cocinar en
COCCIÓN AUTOTICA,Brochetas
Mixtas De carne”.
1. Poner las verduras, mantequilla y especias
en una cazuela y mezclar bien. Cocinar para
2-6 minutos a 900 W, depende de peso.
2. Lavar el pescado, secar, rociar con zumo
de limón y sal.
3. Mezclar na crème fraîche (nata) con las
verduras.
4. Poner la mitad de las verduras en una
fuente ovalada para gratinar. Colocar el
pescado encima y cubrir con las verduras
restantes.
5. Espolvorear con el queso Gouda y colocar
en el soporte bajo y cocer en COCCIÓN
AUTOMÁTICA, “Pescado Gratinado”.
6. Después de cocinar, dejar reposar durante
5 min.
Brochetas mixtas de carne
4 tostadas
400 g chuletas de cerdo en dados
100 g bacon
100 g cebollas, en cuartos
250 g tomates, en cuartos
100 g pimiento verde troceado
2 CuSop de aceite
4 Cdta. de pimenn
sal
1 Cdta. de pimienta de Cayena
1 Cdta. de salsa Worcester
Filete de pescado gratinado, ‘Esterhazy

230 g 450 g 680 g filetes de pescado
100 g 200 g 300 g puerros (en rodajas)
20 g 40 g 60 g cebella (bien picados)
40 g 100 g 140 g zanahoria (rallado)
10 g 15 g 20 g mantequilla o
margarina
sal, pimienta y nuez
moscada

50 g 100 g 150 g crème frche (nata)
50 g 100 g 150 g queso Gouda (rallado)
1. Lavar y secar el pescado, rociar con el
zumo de limón, sazonar y untar con la
mantequilla de anchoas.
2. Colocar en una fuente ovalada para
gratinar.
3. Espolvorear el queso Gouda sobre el
pescado.
4. Colocar los tomates por encima del queso.
5. Condimentar con sal, pimienta y las hierbas
mezcladas.
6. Escurrir la mozzarella, cortar en rodajas y
colocar sobre los tomates. Espolvorear con
la albahaca.
7. Colocar la fuente sobre la tripode baja y
cocinar en COCCIÓN AUTOMÁTICA ,
“Pescado Gratinado”.
8. Después de cocinar, dejar reposar durante
5 min.
