Tagliatelle met room-
basilicumsaus

servies: schaal met deksel (2 liter inhoud)
ronde souffléschaal (ca. 20 cm
diameter)
ingrediënten
1 l water
1 tl zout
200 g tagliatelle
1 teentje knoflook
15-20 basilicumblaadjes
200 g crème fraiche
30 g geraspte Parmezaanse kaas
zout en peper
1. Water en zout in de schaal doen,
afdekken en aan de kook brengen.
9-11 min. 900 W
2. Pasta in de schaal doen, weer aan de
kook brengen en laten sudderen.
1. 1-2 min. 900 W
2. 6-9 min. 270 W
3. Intussen de souffléschaal met de
knoflook insmeren. De basilicum
hakken. Een paar blaadjes
achterhouden voor de garnering.
4. Pasta afgieten. Cme fraiche erdoor
roeren en de basilicum over de pasta
strooien.
5. Parmezaanse kaas, zout en peper
toevoegen, in de souffschaal doen
en omroeren. Garneren met basilicum
en heet serveren.
Broodknoedels
5 porties
totale bereidingstijd: ca. 8-11 min.
servies: schaal met deksel (1 liter inhoud)
5 kopjes of puddingvormpjes
ingrediënten
2 el boter of margarine (20 g)
1 ui (50 g), gesnipperd
500 ml melk
200 g oudbakken broodjes
3 eieren
1. De broodjes in kleine blokjes snijden
en in de melk weken.
2. De boter over de bodem van de
schaal verdelen en de ui in de schaal
doen. Afdekken en verwarmen.
1-2 min. 900 W
3. Ui bij de broodblokjes doen. Eieren
kloppen, toevoegen en het geheel tot
een samenhangend geheel kneden.
Eventueel wat melk toevoegen.
4. Het deeg over 5 kopjes of
puddingvormpjes verdelen, met
magnetronfolie afdekken, langs de
rand van het draaiplateau zetten en
verwarmen.
6-8 min. 900 W
Na het bereiden ca. 2 minuten laten
staan. Voor het serveren op een bord
leggen.
