Potrebné príslušenstvo:
háky na cesto
0 Do zmiešavacej misy dajte múku,
prášok do pečiva, soľ a cukor.
Studené maslo rozrežte na kocky a
pridajte.
0 Miešajte približne 1 minútu na
nastavení 3-4, pridajte vajce a
studenú vodu a pokračujte v
miešaní, až pokiaľ cesto nevytvorí
guľu okolo noža.
0 Cesto vyberte z misy a pokračujte
ešte krátko v hnetení rukami.
0 Nechajte cesto odpočinút’ v
chladničke približne 30 minút pred
ďalším spracovaním.
0 Cesto rozvaľkajte, položte na
dobre vymastený plech a pridajte
ovocie, napr. jablká alebo slivky,
podľa chute.

poradí.
0 Začnite na nastavení 3-4, podľa
potreby zvýšte rýchlost’ a miešajte
1 až 1 1/2 minútu, pokým cesto
nevytvorí guľu.
0 Vyberte cesto z misy a ešte ho
chvíľu mieste rukami.
0 Potom rukami rozmieste prísady,
ktoré sa nerozpustili, napr.
hrozienka.
0 Pred ďalším spracovaním nechajte
cesto vykysnút’ na dvojnásobok
jeho objemu v uzatvorenej mise na
teplom mieste.
