Potrebné príslušenstvo:

0 Do zmiešavacej misky dajte
vajíčkové bielko a vodu. Začnite na
nastavení 2 a postupne zvýšte
rýchlost’, pokiaľ nestuhne.
0 Pridajte cukor a vanilkový cukor a
šľahajte ďalšiu 1 minútu alebo až
do rozpustenia cukru.
0 Pridajte žĺtok a zamiešajte.
0 Zmiešajte múku, kukuričnú múku a
prášok do pečiva, pridajte krémovú
masu a krátko premiešajte.
0 Nalejte cesto do formy na pečenie
a nechajte piect’.

0 Na plech dajte 2/3 cesta. Pridajte 1

prášku a 1 polievkovú lyžicu mlieka
do zvyšného cesta a znovu
premiešajte.
0 Na svetlé cesto vylejte tmavé
cestona plechu. Vidličkou urobte
špirálovitý pohyb cez obe vrstvy
cesta, aby ste získali mramorový
vzor.
