Programmable relay outputs
explanatory notes
0 Default
Function as plumbing diagram
1 Status output
Control of additional valve in liquid gas
applications
2 Alarm output
Output set, if a fault is present in the
device, which requires manual
unlocking.
3 Status information
Output set, when burner is
operational.
4 External transformer switch off
Not possible with LMU 7.
5 Pump 2nd Heating circuit
This output supplies the drive
signal for the pump of the second
LMU7 heating circuit. The pump
of the second Heating circuit is
generally assigned to the mixer
clip-in.
6 Potable water circulating pump
This function is used to control a DHW
circulating pump.
7 Enabled warm air curtain
function actuator
With this function, the programmable
output is switched to active, when the
programmable input has been set to
warm air curtain.
8 Pump low loss header (on/off
for consumer side pump)
With this function, the pump can be
driven by the low loss header. This
function is generally only available in
hydraulic diagrams where, in addition
to heating circuit 1 (pump heating)
there are no other heating circuits.
The pump is always turned on
according to the low loss header, if the
LMU7 with the heating circuit (Q1)
operates heating circuit 1.
The heating circuit (Q1) is used as a
feeder for the low loss header.
9 System pump (Q8)
This function takes over the control of
the feed pump (Q8). The prerequisite
is that the feed pump function (Q8) is
activated using parameter 5761.
10 Basic function K2
(as Default, function as plumbing
diagram).
11 Actuator for potable water
heating in conjunction with
stratified storage tank
With this function, the output is
switched to active during stratified
storage tank loading.
12 Analogue signal (on Clip-In
function module) above
threshold actuator
With this function, the output is
switched to active when the 0-10 V
or 0-20 mA input signal to the clip-in
function module is above the
response threshold..
13 Flue gas damper control
When flue gas damper control is active,
the burner is only operational, once the
flue gas damper is open. The flue gas
damper feedback is via the
programmable input.
14 collector pump
This function is used to control the
collector pump.
15 Fan shutdown
This function cannot be activated on
Thision S.
16 Free
No function
17 Potable water mixing pump
(Q35) (with Legionella function
enabled)
With this function, the drinking water
mixing pump is driven.
Thus, in the entire domestic hot water
tank, for example, a stratified storage
tank, Legionella can be combated by
using the mixing pump within the
Legionella function when in operation.
