MANUTENZIONE - TRASPORTO MAINTENANCE - TRANSPORTION ENTRETIEN - TRANSPORT
in conformità all’applicazione delle direttive 97/68/EC e
2002/88/EC.
Never use fuel for cleaning operations.
CARBURETOR
Before adjusting the carburetor, clean the starter cover
(Fig. 80), the air filter (Fig. 81) and warm up the engine. This
engine is designed and manufactured in order to comply
with the applicable 97/68/EC and 2002/88/EC Directive. The
carburetor (Fig. 84) is designed to permit only the
adjustment of L and H screws in a range of half round;
the half round the hall round range admissible for L and H
screws is determined by the manufacterer and you can not
modify it.
WARNING! - Don’t try to force the screws outside the
range!
Idle screw T is adjusted in order to ensure a good safety
margin between idle running and clutch engagement.
Screw L must be adjusted so that the engine promptly
responds to sharp accelerations and gives good idle
operation.
Screw H must be adjusted so that the engine gives maximum
power during the cutting phase.
WARNING - Weather conditions and altitude may
affect carburation.
Do not allow anyone to stay close to the chain saw
while working or while adjusting the carburetor.
TRANSPORTION
Carry the chainsaw with the engine stopped, guide bar to
the rear and chain cover on (Fig. 82).
WARNING – When transporting the chain saw in a
vehicle, ensure that it is properly secured using belts.
The chain saw should be transported in a horizontal
position with the tank empty, ensuring compliance with
applicable regulations for transport of such machines.
