de utilizare in bune conditii. Garantia nu va fi acordata daca aparatul a fost modificat sau ati
incercat sa-l reparati. In astfel de cazuri, furnizorul nu va fi responsabil de accidentele aparute.
In cazul in care aveti o plangere, ca prim pas, va rugam sa contactati furnizorul si sa-i returnati
aparatul intreg. Garantia va fi valida numai daca data de achizitionare si semnatura
furnizorului sunt specificate clar pe cardul de garantie sau daca exista o copie a chitantei
insotind aparatul pentru reparatii.
Mai puteti trimite aparatul ambalat corect si cu transportul platit, direct catre serviciul cu
clientii al firmei noastre, avand o scurta descriere a defectiunii scrisa cu litere mari si cu
mentiunea "Reparatie sub garantie", impreuna cu cardul de garantie sau chitanta.
In cazul in care numai o componenta este defecta, aparatul nu va fi inlocuit complet, ci doar
aceasta componenta va fi trimisa inapoi fara costuri suplimentare. In astfel de cazuri, va
rugam sa nu trimiteti intregul aparat, ci sa comandati doar componenta dorita! In cazul in
care exista distrugeri ale sticlei, componentele ce contin sticla vor avea un anumit pret de
inlocuire.
Componentele care sunt supuse uzurii (de ex. periutele motorului, telurile pentru aluat, curelele
de transmisie, telecomenzile de rezerva, periutele de dinti de rezerva, LED-urile etc.) cat si
curatarea si mentinerea sau inlocuirea componentelor uzate nu sunt acoperitre de garantie, ci
vor fi contra cost!
DUPA PERIOADA DE GARANTIE
Reparatiile necesare dupa perioada de garantie pot fi realizate contra cost de catre un
tehnician calificat specializat sau de catre un serviciu de reparatii autorizat.

In vederea protejarii mediului si sanatatii umane, deseurile electrice si electronice trebuie
aruncate urmarind legislatia in vigoare, in ceea ce priveste furnizorii si utilizatorii. Din acest
motiv, conform simbolului marcat pe eticheta sau pe ambalaj, aparatul trebuie aruncat
numai dupa ce a fost impartit pe categorii de deseuri, conform regulamentului local.
Utilizatorul are dreptul de a aduce unitatea gratuit la punctele de colectare locale, in vederea
recuperarii deseurilor prin reutilizarea, reciclarea sau utilizarea in alte scopuri, in conformitate
cu directiva mai sus mentionata.
