Optiunea pentru produse de patiserie
Deschideti aparatul incalzit (pentru aceasta, lasati libera tasta de blocare 1).
Turnati aluatul in mod egal pe grilajul de jos pentru produse de patiserie (pentru retete,
cititi mai jos). Nu umpleti prea mult, pentru ca amestecul poate iesi din aparat. Pentru un
rezultat mai bun, va sugeram sa roluiti aluatul in sfere mici, de dimensiunea alunelor
turcesti si sa le asezati in formele plitei.
Inchideti capacul si tasta de blocare (1).
Ungeti usor suprafetele plitelor (sus si jos), ca sa puteti scoate produsele finale mai usor.
Conectati aparatul. Acesta va porni incalzirea. Exista doua LED-uri. Rosu: Alimentarea la
curent in curs/aparatul se incalzeste. Verde: Puteti folosi aparatul. Cu alte cuvinte, atunci
cand LED-ul verde este aprins, puteti introduce aluatul.
Deschideti aparatul (lasati libera tasta de prindere).
Aparatul are nevoie de aproximativ 3 minute pentru prepararea aluatului. Deschideti
capacul si scoateti preparatele coapte cu ajutorul unei ustensile corecte (Atentie! Fara
obiecte metalice.)
Decupati cu grija aluatul din jurul marginilor, cu ajutorul unui cutit.
Lasati preparatele sa se raceasca, apoi umpleti si uniti cele doua jumatati.
Produsele de patiserie au forma unor nuci. De aceea le-am si numit "nuci fermecate".
Procedati in acelasi mod ca sa obtineti alte forme ale preparatelor.
RECOMANDARI SI RETETE
Va recomandam sa pregatiti produsele de mai jos. Bineinteles insa ca nu exista o limita, Dvs.
putand sa va ajutati de imaginatie si creativitate.
Reteta pentru aluat:
Ingrediente: 400 g faina
100 g zahar
250 g margarina
2 oua
1/4 lingurite pline cu praf de copt
1 pliculet cu zahar vanilat
Preparare: 1. Amestecati margarina, zaharul si ouale
2. Amestecati praful de copt, zaharul vanilat si faina
3. Framantati intreaga compozitie
Reteta pentru aluat dulce:
Ingrediente: 500-600 g faina
220 g zahar
200 g margarina sau unt
200 g smantana
1 ou, 2 albusuri
1lingurita de praf de copt
1 pliculet cu zahar vanilat
Preparare: 1. Amestecati margarina, 1 ou si zaharul vanilat ; adaugati cele doua albusuri
2. Adaugati smantana si amestecati compozitia.
3. Amestecati praful de copt cu faina si apoi adaugati-le la aluatul format,
impreuna cu compozitia de unt si zahar.
