Antes del uso, limpie las planchas de cocción con un trapo húmedo y séquelas por
completo. No sumerja nunca el aparato en agua o ningún otro líquido, ni para limpiarlo ni
por cualquier otro motivo. No ponga nunca el aparato en el lavavajllas.
No use objetos abrasivos para limpiar el aparato, podrían dañar el baño antiadherente
de las planchas de cocción.
Use una espátula de madera o una espátula de plástico resistente al calor para sacar los
alimentos del aparato.
Desenchufe siempre el aparato cuando no esté en uso, especialmente porque no
incluye un interruptor de encendido/apagado.
Use el aparato exclusivamente para alimentos que deban cocinarse.
(*) Electricista competente cualificado: departamento postventa del fabricante o importador,
o cualquier persona cualificada como certificada y competente para realizar este tipo de
reparaciones, para evitar cualquier riesgo. En cualquier caso, debería devolver el aparato a
este electricista.
USO
• Al quemarse la capa protectora, se producirá humo en el primer uso. Sin embargo, esto
no indica defecto alguno del aparato. Pasados unos 30 segundos, el humo
desaparecerá y podrá usar el aparato con normalidad. Este humo NO es dañino.
• Cuando lo use por primera vez, limpie la superficie de las planchas con un trapo húmedo y
séquelas. Unte las planchas con mantequilla, margarina o manteca.
• Ponga las planchas deseadas en el aparato. Pulsando el botón de apertura (4) puede
sacar las planchas o ponerlas.
• Cierre el aparato; podrá escuchar el clip de cierre cerrándose, enchufe el aparato y
déjelo precalentar.
• Los testigos rojo y verde (2 y 3) se encenderán para indicar que el aparato está
enchufado y calentándose.
• El testigo verde se apagará cuando se alcance la temperatura de cocción. Ahora
puede verter la masa.
• Precaución: durante el funcionamiento, el aparato se calienta. Tenga cuidado; podría
quemarse.
Modo de preparación de gofres
• Abra el aparato calentado (para hacerlo, abra el clip de cierre 1)
• Vierta uniformemente la masa en la plancha inferior, sin llegar a los bordes. Cierre el
aparato. Presione hacia abajo la tapa un instante para que la masa se reparta
uniformemente. No lo llene en exceso; la masa podría salir por los lados del aparato.
• Cueza hasta que quede tostado, de 5 a 16 minutos. Cuando los gofres estén listos,
sáquelos con una espátula de madera o de plástico resistente al calor. No use nunca
objetos puntiagudos, podría dañar la capa antiadherente.
• Cuando haya terminado de cocinar, desconecte el cable de la toma de corriente y deje
abierto el aparato para que se enfríe.
