Glass lid
Use the glass lid when possible, depending on the foodstuffs. The lid avoids splashes of
grease/oil and retains the heat in the pan, so that the cooking time diminishes.
ATTENTION
The glass lid has a small opening, from which hot air or steam might escape! Avoid direct
contact.
Danger of burning!
The glass lid may get very hot, please use oven gloves.
After use
Turn the adjusting knob to position „0“.
Unplug the appliance after use.
Let the appliance cool down completely before cleaning or storing it.
CLEANING AND CARE
• Always disconnect the power supply cable from the power supply before carrying out any
cleaning operation.
• Let the appliance cool down and pull the thermostat out of the appliance by pulling at its
connector.
• Do not immerse the appliance completely in water or any other liquid. Clean the outside
of the appliance with slightly damp cloth.
• Do not use any aggressive detergents or abrasive cleaners, as these could damage the
non-stick coating.
