ADVICE IN THE EVENT OF PROBLEMS (for the DEALER)
1) Check/Air flow (trips when the flow sensor detects insufficient combustion air flow).
The flow may be insufficient because the door is open, or does not close tightly (e.g. bad seal), there is an air intake or
smoke extraction problem, the combustion chamber is clogged up or the flow sensor is dirty (clean with dry air).
Check the flow sensor threshold (in the dealer parameters).
The depression alarm may also occur during ignition.
2) Check/Expulsi (trips if the smoke extractor revolution sensor detects a fault)
- check that the smoke extractor is working properly (revolution sensor connection)
- check that the smoke duct is clean
- check the electrical system (earthing)
3) Stop/fire (trips when the thermocouple detects that the smoke temperature is lower than a set value, interpreting
such
as the absence of flame)
The flame may be absent due to:
- a lack of pellets
- too many pellets have smothered the flame
- the maximum temperature thermostat has tripped (this is very unusual since it would indicate an excessive smoke
temperature)
4) BloccoAF/No start (trips if no flame appears or the start temperature is not reached within a maximum of 15 minu-
tes). Distinguish between the following two cases:
5) Black-out
Check electrical connection and voltage drops.
6) Broken/TC (trips if the thermocouple is faulty or disconnected)
Check connection between the thermocouple and the circuit board: check operation during cold testing.
7) OverTemp/exit (shutdown due to excessive smoke temperature)
Excessive smoke temperature may be caused by: type of pellets, smoke extraction fault, blocked duct, incorrect
installation, gearmotor "drift" or lack of air intake in the room.
8) STOP FANFRONT (shutdown due to an anomaly in the front fan)
- verify front fan functionality
- verify control board functionality
- verify electrical system (earthing system)
9) STOP FANCNLZ (shutdown due to an anomaly in the channelling fan)
- verify channelling fan functionality
- verify control board functionality
- verify electrical system (earthing system)
OTHER PROBLEMS
(for the DEALER)
• The differential “blows” during ignition: check the humidity level of the ignition element.
• “Error rtc-rd”: Indicates the backup battery to be replaced

NO flame has appeared
A flame has appeared but Start Failed has been
displayed after BloccoAF/No start
Check:
• position and cleaning of the combustion chamber
• ignition element works correctly
• room temperature (firelighter is required if below 3°C)
and humidity. Try lighting with firelighter.
Check that:
• the thermocouple is working correctly
• the start temperature is set within the parameters
