TROUBLESHOOTING
Chimneys and smoke ducts connected to solid fuel burning equipment must be swept once a year (check whether
specific regulations apply in your country). Lack of regular controls and cleaning increases the risk of fire in the
chimney. Should a fire occur proceed as follows:
do not extinguish with water,
empty the pellet tank,
consult specialised personnel before restarting the machine after the incident.
POSSIBLE CAUSES OF SHUTDOWN
If necessary the stove goes into arrest (that is to say the shutdown procedure starts), and the cause is displayed on the
screen.
1) Check/Air flow: shutdown due to absence of depression in the combustion chamber
2) Check/Expulsi: shutdown due to fault in the smoke expulsion motor revolution sensor
3) Stop/fire: shutdown due to fall in smoke temperature
4) BloccoAF/No start: shutdown due to incorrect smoke temperature during ignition
5) Black-out: shutdown due to lack of electric power
6) Broken/TC: shutdown due to faulty or disconnected thermocouple
7) OverTemp/exit: shutdown due to maximum smoke temperature exceeded
8) STOP FANFRONT: shutdown due to an anomaly in the front fan
9) STOP FANCNLZ: shutdown due to an anomaly in the channelling fan
The warning is displayed until the ON/OFF key is pressed on the panel.
Do not restart the stove until the cause of shutdown has been removed.
To restart the stove in the event of an arrest
let the shutdown procedure run its course (10 minutes marked by a beep)
then press the ON/OFF key.
Never unplug the stove whilst it is shutting down after an arrest.
It is important to report the warning displayed on the panel to the dealer.
NOTE
It is normal for air to be discharged from the right hand side of the upper front grate (looking at the stove face on).
Whereas it is discharged from the left hand side of the lower grate (when ducting is NOT enabled).
PROBLEM CAUSE SOLUTIONS
mimic panel off no mains supply
check that the power supply cable is
connected check the fuse (on the
power supply socket, Page 31)
remote control not working properly
too far way from the stove ove nearer to the stove
remote control battery is flat check and change if necessary
outlet air not hot too much soot in the heat exchanger
clean the heat exchanger from inside
the firebox using the relevant rods
(see Page 47)
no flame appears (remember that
the flame appears 5 minutes after
pressing the on/off key)
the screw feeder has not been filled
fill the screw feeder (see paragraph
on ignition, Page 38)
ignition failure
build up of unburnt material in
combustion chamber
clean the combustion chamber
the ignition/shutdown process does
not start at the desired time
incorrect setting of:
current time
program activation
program activation on that day
check according to the instructions
ENGLISH
The channelling varies alone Verify the channelling scheduled timer
Error rtc-dr displayed on the
synoptic panel
the backup battery inside the
control board is flat
replace the backup battery
