SAFETYAND DETECTION DEVICES
Smoke thermocouple
Situated on the rear of the smoke outlet, whose temperature it monitors. It adjusts the light-up phase and triggers a stoppage phase if
the temperature goes too high or low (Smoke Over Temperature or Stop Flame respectively) .
Flow sensor
Situated on the combustion air intake tube, it monitors correct air flow and smoke output, providing a signal in Volts shown on the
probe status display.
In case of insufficiency (which means that the smoke is NOTexiting correctly or the combustion air is NOT entering correctly), it will
trigger a stove stoppage.
Worm screw safety thermostat
Situated near the pallet reserve, it interrupts the electrically-powered pellet supply to the gear if the temperature detected is too high.
Watertemperature probe
Measures the temperature of the water in the stove, sending the data back to the information board, which manages the stove’s pump
and adjusts its power.
If the temperature is too high, it triggers a stove stoppage.
Excess water temperature safety thermostat
Measures the temperature of the water in the stove. If the temperature is too high, it triggers a stove stoppage by interrupting the power
supply to the gear. Once this thermostat has tripped, you must press the reset button located behind the stove to reset it, possible after
a black-out.
Excess pressure valve
When the target pressure is reached, this valve discharges the water contained in the system, which will then need to be refilled.
W
ARNING! remember to connect to discharge.
Pressure gauge
Situated on the side of the stove, this gauge provides a reading of the water pressure inside the stove. We recommend a pressure of
1-1,5 bar when the stove is functioning.

Components
Resistance
Triggers the pellet combustion. Stays on until the temperature of the smoke increases to 15°C higher than before light-up.
Smoke extractor
“Pushes” the smoke out and draws in combustion air to replace it, using the low pressure effect.
Gear
Drives the worm screw that transports the pellets from the tank to the combustion chamber.
Pump (circulation)
“Pushes” the water towards the system. Maximum head 5 metres. Maximum load 1.5 m3/h.
Closed surge tank
“Absorbs” the variations in the volume of the water contained inside the stove.
Aheating technician MUST evaluate whether you need to add a supplementary tank to the one supplied, according to the total amount
of water contained in your particular heating circuit!
Manual air vent:
Situated in the upper part of the stove, it enables you to let off any air that accumulates.
Drainage tap
Situated inside the lower part of the stove, it should be opened whenever you have to drain the water out of it.
