Feilsøking

1 Motoren går ikke når verktøyet slås på.

• Svikt i strømtilførselen.

• Kontroller strømtilførselen.

• Dårlig kontakt i på/av-bryteren.

• Reparer eller bytt på/av-knappen.

• Tilførselsspenningen er for lav.

• Skjøteledningen er for lang eller for tynn.

• Skadet motor.

• Få en ekspert til å reparere maskinen.

• Karbonbørstene er slitt.

• Bytt karbonbørstene.

2 Motoren avgir kraftig støy og går for sakte

eller ikke i det hele tatt.

• Motoren er overbelastet på grunn av for kraftig

trykk eller for stor drilldybde.

• Reduser trykket eller drilldybden, reduser kraf-

ten.

• Skadet motor.

•Få en ekspert til å reparere maskinen.

• Tilførselsspenningen er for lav.

• Juster tilførselsspenningen.

• Karbonbørstene er slitt.

•Bytt karbonbørstene.

3 Overoppheting i transmisjonen.

•Overbelastning av maskinen eller sløv drillbit.

•Reduser belastningen eller slip drillbiten.

• Redusert spenning.

• Juster tilførselsspenningen.

4 Kraftig gnistdannelse fra motoren.

•Undersøk karbonbørstene for slitasje.

Bytte karbonbørster

• Bytt begge karbonbørstene samtidig.

• Kontroller karbonbørstene regelmessig for sli-

tasje og skader.

•Bytt alltid ut slitte karbonbørster.

• Hold alltid karbonbørstene rene, og pass på at

ingen av børstene hemmes i bevegelsen.

• Åpne maskinen for å undersøke/bytte karbon-

børstene.

•Ta av og sett på karbonbørstene igjen om nød-

vendig.

• Sett på bakre håndtak igjen.

Rengjøring

Rengjør maskinhuset regelmessig med en myk

klut, helst etter hver gangs bruk. Pass på at ven-

tilasjonsåpningene er fri for støv og smuss. Fjern

gjenstridig smuss med en myk klut fuktet med

vaskepulver. Ikke bruk løsemidler som bensin,

alkohol, ammoniakk osv. Slike kjemikalier kan

skade de syntetiske delene.

Smøring

Smør slagdrillakselen regelmessig.

Feil

Hvis det oppstår feil som følge av for eksempel

utslitte deler, skal du kontakte serviceadressen

på garantikortet. Bakerst i denne bruksanvisnin-

gen finner du en splittegning som viser deler som

kan bestilles.

Miljø

For å unngå transportskader leveres maskinen i

solid emballasje. Emballasjen er i den grad dette

er mulig fremstilt av resirkulerbart materiale.

Benytt derfor anledningen til å resirkulere embal-

lasjen.

Defekte og/eller kasserte elektriske eller

elektroniske apparater må avhendes

ved egnete returpunkter.

Se det separate garantikortet for garantivilkårene.

• Damage to power cord

• Broken on/off trigger assembly.

• Short circuiting.

• Damaged moving parts.

Trouble shooting

1When switched on, the motor does not turn.

• Failure in power supply.

• Check the power supply.

• Poor contact in the on/off trigger.

• Repair or replace the trigger assembly.

• Mains voltage too low.

• Extension lead too long, or too light.

• Damaged motor.

• Have your machine repaired by an expert.

• Carbon brushes worn.

• Replace the carbon brushes

2 Motor generates excessive noise, and runs

too slowly or not at all.

• Motor is overloaded due to excessive pressure

or drilling depth.

• Reduce the pressure or drilling depth, reduce

power.

•Damaged motor.

• Have your machine repaired by an expert.

• Supply voltage too low.

• Adjust the supply voltage.

• Carbon brushes worn.

• Replace the carbon brushes

3 Overheating in the transmission case.

• Overloading of machine, or blunt drill bit

• Reduce the loading, or hone the drill bit.

•Reduced voltage.

• Adjust the supply voltage.

4Heavy sparking from the motor.

•Inspect the carbon brushes for wear.

Replacing carbon brushes

•Replace both carbon brushes at the same time.

•Regularly check the carbon brushes for wear

and defects.

• Always replace worn-out carbon brushes.

• Always keep the carbon brushes clean, and

make sure that neither brush is obstructed.

• Open the machine to inspect/replace the car-

bon brushes.

• Remove and replace the carbon brushes if

necessary.

• Reassemble the rear handgrip.

Cleaning

Clean the machine casings regularly with a soft

cloth, preferably after each use. Make sure that

the ventilation openings are free of dust and dirt.

Remove very persistent dirt using a soft cloth

moistened with soapsuds. Do not use any sol-

vents such as gasoline, alcohol, ammonia, etc.

Chemicals such as these will damage the synthe-

tic components.

Lubrication

Regularly grease the hammer drill shaft.

Faults

Should a fault occur, e.g. after wear of a part, ple-

ase contact the service address on the warranty

card. In the back of this manual you find an explo-

ded view showing the parts that can be ordered.

Environment

To prevent damage during transport, the applian-

ce is delivered in a solid packaging which con-

sists largely of reusable material. Therefore plea-

se make use of options for recycling the packa-

ging.

Faulty and/or discarded electrical or

electronic apparatus have to be collec-

ted at the appropriate recycling loca-

tions.
