3. TV AND RADIO RELATED

1. No picture or sound
in the TV or radio
mode.
Receiver is in

Switch the receiver

Make sure the
antenna is correctly
aimed.

Bad reception of the

Make sure the
antenna is clean, in
good condition and
correctly aimed.
Contact your service
provider if your area
has sufficient signal.
Poor or bad weather
conditions.
There is no solution
for this.
You might consider
to get a better
antenna installation.
3. My television does
not give any audio.
The MUTE option is
active.
On the RCU, press
the mute key once.
The volume is set to
minimum.
On the RCU, press
the VOL key.
4. The TV shows a
No Signal
message.
Bad reception of the
signal.
Make sure the
channel selected
transmits.
Make sure the
antenna is clean, in
good condition and
correctly aimed.
5. Nothing helps.
- Do a factory reset.
