Shows the time in minutes and seconds up to 99 mins 5g secs.

Shows the heart rate during exercise. Put the earclip on your left earlobe before
monitoring the pulse. To get rnore acurate pulse rate, rub your earlobe l5 times
gentlely before clipping on.
Function lntroduction
I . Press MoDE until the indicator indicates the desired function.
2. Use SET to introduce the desired values.
3. After introducing the desired values, press srlsrop and start exercising.
4' An alarm will sound if the introduced value has been reached. you can enà the alarm by pressing
ST/STOP.
NOTE
1. All functions could only work under "start" mode, except the function pULSE.
2. Function buttons courd only be effective under "stop" mode.
3' An indicator will show up on the display and point out the function when press the .,mode,, button
selecting functions.
4' Timer will continue counting, even if you stop exercisíng. please press "stop,' to stop the counter
counting.
5' The monitor will automatically switch off and all values will be stored if no signal is transmitted to
the computer in a period of 5 minutes. Please press any key to switch on the monitor.
