l. Attach the front foot (2) and the back foot (l) to the main body (1) using bolts ({), washers (7) and nuts
(§). Tighten using a spanner.
2. Attach the saddle stem (9) to the saddle (8) using nylon nuts and washers, and tighten using a spanner.
3. Slide the saddle stem ínto main body and pull seat adjustment knob (18) to select desíred height. Always
ensure knob is screwed and fitted tightly.
4. Release locking clip (ft) by pulling resistance band (13) ensuring band does not come completely out of clip.
Connect the resistance adjustment cable (14 and the resistance band and spring(i3), then connect the
computer cables (l§) in one, pull the cable out of the top of the handlebar stem for connection with the
computer. Then fit the handlebar stem (l!) to the main body(l) using the domed socket bolts (i0 and
washers fl/1. Tighten the bolts. Ensure all cables are tucked inside the handlebar stem. With tension knob i
@ set at minimum pull resistance band upwards so that the flywheel turns freety and re-tighten the
locking clip. I
5. Slide the handlebar (19) into the handlebar holder, then tighten with the butterflyknob (fitted). Fit the
handlebar grips (24 to the handlebar (put a little soapy water for easier assembty), and insert the small
plastic caps into the handlebar pipe.
6. Fit the computerQJ) to the handlebar stem bracket and insert the plug into the computer. lnsert the
earclip into the pulse terminal.
7. ldentify the left and right hand pedals 129;. Attach the right hand pedal to the right crank on the main
body and tighten by turning in clockwise direction. The left hand pedal must be fitted to the left hand crank
and tighten by turning in an anticlockwise direction.
TIPS
l. Follow this assembly manual carefully.
2. Make sure all bolts and nuts are securily tightened, using the provided locking washers.
3. This hometrainer has been designed for a long and unproblematic use. Please check all bolts and nuts
regular and apply lubrication to moving parts regular.
CAUTION
1. Do not wear loose fitting clothing that could become entangled in any moving parts.
2, Do always wear shoes when you exercise.
3. Keep the unit out of reach for children.
4. children should not be in the immediate area when the unit is being used.
5. Consult your physian before starting any exercise program.
6. Stop exercising immediately in case of nausea, shaking, shortness of breath, pain in the chest or
headache.
7. Do not exercise 45 minutes before eating or J hour after eating.
