Use
❐ Attention! Fire hazard! Never leave the device unattended while in
use.
Turning the device on/off
❐ Attention! Danger of burn due to hot surfaces! The device be-
comes very hot during operation. Use potholders when transport-
ing the device.
The device only turns on if the handle has been folded down. As soon as the handle is lifted up,
the device turns off. You can adjust the temperature with the temperature control or turn the
device on or off. As long as the heating element in the cover is operating, the heating light will
illuminate. With the timer, you can set the desired cooking time. As long as the unit is activated,
the operating light is illuminated.
Setting the cooking time
With the timer, you can set a cooking time of up to 60 minutes. Set the time to the desired time
by turning it clockwise. After the time set has elapsed, a signal will sound and the device will turn
off. Set in a few minutes for the oven to carry on cooking.
Setting the temperature
With the temperature control, you can select a temperature from 125 °C to 250 °C.
Set the temperature control to the desired temperature by turning it in a clockwise direction.
The heating element will product heat until the set temperature has been reached. The heating
element will then automatically deactivate. If the temperature inside the device drops, the heating
element will reactivate.
Selecting thaw
❐ Attention! Risk of food poisoning! Be sure to completely thaw
frozen food before cooking.
The device features a thaw function. You can select the thaw function with the temperature
control.
1. Turn the temperature control to the setting “Thaw/Wash”.
