1 c. à. c. de ciboulette nement ciselée
SANDWICH MADAME MIT SPECK UND ROTER ZWIEBEL
ZUTATEN:
2 Scheiben rundes Vollkornbrot
1 Scheibe Gouda jung
4 Scheiben Speck
1/2 rote Zwiebel
1 Ei
1 TL fein gehackter Schnittlauch
CROQUE MADAME WITH BACON AND RED ONION
INGREDIENTS:
2 slices wholegrain bread
1 slice mild cheese
4 slices bacon
1/2 red onion
1 egg
1 tsp nely chopped chives

BEREIDING:
Bak het spek krokant. Bak de rode ui tot ze lichtjes gekara-
meliseerd is. Beleg een sneetje brood met de jonge kaas,
het spek en de rode ui. Bak in de croquemachine tot de
kaas gesmolten is. Bak een spiegelei. Werk de croque af
met het spiegelei en jngehakte bieslook.
PRÉPARATION :
Faites dorer le lard fumé à la poêle. Faites revenir les oig-
nons pour les brunir légèrement. Déposez le fromage
jeune, le lard fumé et l’oignon rouge sur une tranche de
pain. Faites cuire le croque dans l’appareil jusqu’à ce que
le fromage soit fondu. Cuisez un œuf sur le plat. Terminez
le croque en ajoutant l’œuf sur le plat et la ciboulette ne-
ment ciselée.
ZUBEREITUNG:
Braten Sie den Speck knusprig an. Braten Sie die rote
Zwiebel an, bis sie leicht karamellisiert ist. Belegen Sie
eine Brotscheibe mit dem Gouda, dem Speck und der
roten Zwiebel. Im Sandwichmacher backen, bis der Käse
geschmolzen ist. Braten Sie ein Spiegelei. Legen Sie das
Spiegelei auf das Sandwich und dekorieren Sie es mit dem
fein gehackten Schnittlauch.
METHOD:
Fry the bacon until crispy. Roast the red onion until lightly
caramelised. Arrange the mild cheese, bacon and red on-
ion on a slice of bread. Bake in the croque machine until
the cheese has melted. Fry an egg. Top the croque with
the fried egg and nely chopped chives.
