Carrot tagliatelle
Tagliatelle aus Karotten
INGREDIENTS:
2 tbsp coriander 1 cm fresh ginger
1 stalk of lemon grass 1 tbsp red curry
1 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp chilli sauce
4 carrots: yellow and orange 1 tbsp
sesame seeds 400 g chicken breast 2
tbsp coconut oil 250 g flat rice noodles
PREPARATION:
1. Mix or chop the coriander, ginger and
lemon grass and mix with the curry,
soy sauce and chilli sauce into a paste.
2. Peel the carrots and, using the My
Vegetable, make strings of the carrots.
3. Roast the sesame seeds in a dry pan.
4. Cut the chicken breast into strips.
5. Using 2 tbsp of coconut oil, sauté
the herb paste in a wok for 1 min. If
necessary, add water. 6. Add the chicken
and sauté it as well. 7. After 5 to 8 min.,
add the carrots and allow the dish to
simmer for 3 more min. 8. Cook the rice
noodles until done. 9. Mix the vegetables
with the chicken and the sauce and,
if desired, add some extra soy sauce
or chilli sauce to taste. 10. Serve with
coriander and sesame seeds.
ZUTATEN:
2 EL Koriander 1 cm frischer Ingwer
1 Stange Zitronengras 1 EL roter Curry
1 EL Sojasoße 2 EL Chilisoße 4 Karot

ten: gelbe und orange 1 EL Sesam
400 g Hühnerfilet 2 EL Kokosöl
250 g flache Reisnudeln
ZUBEREITUNG:
1. Mixen oder hacken Sie den Koriander,
den Ingwer und das Zitronengras und
mixen Sie mit dem Curry, der Sojasoße
und der Chilisoße zu einer Paste. 2.
Schälen Sie die Karotten und stellen Sie
mit My Vegetable Karottenschlangen
her. 3. Rösten Sie den Sesam ohne
Zugabe von Öl in einer Pfanne. 4.
Schneiden Sie das Hühnerfilet in
Streifen. 5. Die Gewürzpaste mit 2
EL Kokosöl in einem Wok 1 min. lang
anbraten. Eventuell etwas Wasser
zugeben. 6. Das Hühnerfilet zugeben
und braten lassen. 7. Geben Sie nach
5 bis 8 min. die Karotten hinzu und
lassen Sie alles für weitere 3 min.
garen. 8. Kochen Sie die Reisnudeln
gar. 9. Mischen Sie das Gemüse gut
mit dem Hühnerfilet und der Soße und
schmecken Sie alles mit zusätzlicher
Sojasoße oder Chilisoße ab. 10. Mit
Koriander und Sesam servieren.
